“In fact, hope is best gained after defeat and failure, because then inner strength and

toughness is produced.” — Fritz Knapp

Alison is committed to helping others achieve their goals. She assists clients with overwhelming symptoms related to painful moods, experiences, and thoughts. She helps clients improving sleep, concentration, and calming busy minds.

She is a graduate student earning her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University and has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Utah State University. She also has her biofeedback certification in neurofeedback (BCN) from the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). Neurofeedback is a non-invasive method of brain training, that involves getting feedback on the electrical activity of the brain, or electroencephalogram (EEG) Biofeedback. She sees the brain and the rest of the body as components that work together.

She incorporates all of the biopsychosocial areas of a clients’ lives and teaches them how to adopt healthy lifestyles. Over time, the desired changes from brain training, healthy lifestyles, and improved environment create positive symptoms that endure without the continued use of neurofeedback, counseling, and other techniques and technologies.
