"There's nothing more freeing than being yourself." - Forrest Call
Forrest used Covid to go back to school and in 2023 he earned his Master’s in Social Work. He started working in mental health in 2012 focusing on helping people in addiction recovery. That focus led Forrest to learn about healing the whole person—body, mind, spirit, heart, and relationships. He found that when people learn to be themselves and heal from the inside out, they leave their unhealthy habits and coping skills for thriving and a life filled with love, purpose, and connection.
Forrest learned whole-person treatment from disparate sources ranging from professors, clinicians, mystics, monks, philosophers, physicians, prophets, scriptures, observation, and hands-on experience. He uses his eclectic training to help individuals, couples, and families find wholeness, balance, clarity, and connection in their relationships. Forrest sees clients from Utah and Arizona, both remotely and at our office in Mesa, AZ.
