“I believe every person has innate strengths that can be used to help them heal and move forward. I see therapy as a partnership where the client and I are working together towards their goals. Learning about people and what they love and want to achieve in life is one of my favorite parts of this work. No two people are the same, I believe in combining various types of therapies to provide the best level of care possible. It is my goal to make my office a space where all clients can feel safe, be brave, and show up as their authentic selves.”
