Lauren is passionate about supporting clients on their mental health journey and is dedicated to providing compassionate and research-based support to individuals, couples, and families. She is currently only seeing adult and older teen clients through telehealth. She holds an undergraduate degree from BYU in Neuroscience and an MSW from Utah State University. Previously, Lauren has worked in residential treatment, school testing, research, and parenting programs. Lauren believes in a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and utilizing a variety of modalities to help clients achieve their goals and foster lasting positive change. She specializes in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) but has been trained in a variety of modalities, including TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Adlerian Play Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Lauren has experience working with clients experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other life transitions.
