Hey there, I’m Lyndsey. I graduated as a Marriage and Family Therapist from BYU in 2024. As a systems-focused therapist, I utilize structural and experiential therapy modalities to empower my clients to foster change in their relationships. I strive to help clients have experiences in sessions that help them make changes outside of the therapy room. I am dedicated to providing direct yet gentle feedback and support to help you and your family reach your goals.
 
Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my husband and baby girl, reading, being outside, weight-lifting, and crafting.
