REAGAN KIMBALL, CSW

Reagan earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Utah State University and holds her Certified Social Worker (CSW) license. She has experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults, with a particular passion for supporting teenagers and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges.
Reagan specializes in helping clients through life transitions, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, grief and loss, and adoption-related concerns. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Sandtray Therapy, and also draws from models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory.
Reagan believes in a client-centered, collaborative approach that empowers clients to achieve their goals and create lasting positive change.
Outside of her work, Reagan enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, playing pickleball, and being with her family and friends.
