Shelly Barnett, CSW
“My goal as a therapist is to empower clients to discover the strength, courage, empathy, and resilience to face life’s challenges with vulnerability, authenticity, intentionality, and a willingness to be present. I hope as they discover tools to unlock their true selves, they are led to whole health and healing.”

She believes there is always something new to learn, if you are willing to be curious. She graduated from Brigham Young University with her bachelor’s degree in psychology.
